Thank you for shopping with Wolf Creek Leather. Because every item is handmade we have a limited return policy.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order (Domestic US & Canada only).
Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@wolfcreekleather.com with clear photos confirming the item is unused. We will review and approve the return before you ship it back.
Items returned without prior approval and photo confirmation are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps offset the custom nature of our handmade products.
Shipping & Refunds
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ship the item back within 7 days of our return approval.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Limitations & Exclusions
Wolf Creek Leather is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during return shipping. We strongly recommend you insure your return shipment and use a trackable service.
We are not liable for lost or damaged sheaths, holsters, or other leather goods caused by normal customer use, wear, lifestyle, or improper care.
Customized or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly (repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion).
