Thank you for purchasing a handmade product from Wolf Creek Leather. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our leather goods.

Warranty Coverage

Wolf Creek Leather warrants that your product is free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner under normal use.

If your item fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item with a new one of equal or greater value, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund

This lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at sales@wolfcreekleather.com as soon as you discover the issue.

  2. Include clear, well-lit photos showing the defect and a brief description of the problem.

  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions.

You must receive written approval and instructions via email before shipping any item back.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Package the item carefully to prevent damage in transit.

  • We strongly recommend insuring your shipment and using a trackable service.

Wolf Creek Leather is not responsible or liable for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during return shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping to the correct address we provide.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper care, or excessive/abusive use

  • Damage caused by the customer’s lifestyle, usage habits, or accidents

  • Loss of sheaths, holsters, or other leather gear while in the customer’s possession

  • Any non-leather or resale items (such as notebook refills, pens, inserts, or other accessories that we do not manufacture ourselves)

We are not liable for lost or damaged goods returned for warranty service or repairs.

Because every item is handmade and made to order, repair or replacement times may vary. We will communicate clearly with you throughout the process.
